Wonderful

I had a really wonderful weekend. I got to go to the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove in Asheville North Carolina for a womens retreat. We had a really wonderful speaker who had a lot to say and I learned a lot from her. I really had a great connection with God and had sometime with having a reflection and renewal for my life. I have had a lot of things going on in my life recently and this was really a great thing for me to have this time to put it all away and thank about my relationship with God. I realized that I need to put things up to him more and let him help me in this hard to deal with situations. I wish everyone the best in their life and their future careers.

The end is near

I can not believe that this term is almost over! It has definatly been a ride for me writing this paper. I am not very good at writing papers and this one has really been a challenge. I hope that everyone does a wonderful job on their papers and has a wonderful journey through the rest of their days at Kaplan. I am very excited about moving through the rest of school and getting my degree so that I can have a better life for me and my family. Good luck to everyone!!

Ironic

Well get back from vacation early Saturday morning and then my daughter starts with an awful cough that afternoon. By that evening she is sounding croupy and running a slight temp. So by Sunday around lunch time she really sounds bad and has threw up three times and her temp was running higher. Take her to the ER and they say that she has a virus that causes a bad upper respitory infection and send her home on a nebulizer. The next morning she does a follow up with her primary doctor and she is doing ok by that time but we had a very rough night the night before. My grandmother gets her home and her fever spikes to 105 and is having a hard time breathing. Take her back to the doctor office and decide to keep her overnight for observation. Then my son starts getting sick Monday evening with a high fever and a cough so take him to the doctor today. Now mommy has it...LOL it has been one eventful couple of days in my house hold and I am about to go bannas. :)
